Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. If the item is defective, it needs to be returned with tags also within the 14 day window.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Socks, tights, hats, bows, and hair accessories

Approved returns will be issued as store credit .

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with tags still on item.
Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sweet E’s is not responsible for lost return packages.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
